When I configure the Pedigree Tracker to JCMS_db, I receive a ‘database read only’ permissions error.  Why, and how do I fix?

Reason:  Your  JCMS_db was created as a ‘read only’ database, which can occur with a split database.

Solution:  Change ‘read only’ permissions to ‘admin’ permissions, for all tables in jcms_db.

Open jcms_db .  Go to Database Tools > Users and Permissions > User and group permissions.

Select User/Group Name ‘Admin’.  Select each table, or  Object Names.

Check Administrator Permissions.   Select OK.  Close jcms_db

Re-configure Pedigree Tracker to jcms_db.
